Utah Housing Authority – Taylor Gardens
The majority of our community is operated under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code governing the affordable housing tax credit program. We also have apartment homes available that are not tied to the Tax Credit program, but are available for residents who make 80% or less of the average median income for our area. This allows more residents to enjoy the great community that is Taylor Gardens, but at an affordable price. Before approving your application for residency at Taylor Gardens, we are required to verify that you meet certain qualifying standards under these programs.
